Take me to the river

Local artist and Artscape Board member, Alicia Mariano has recycled well over 1000 bottle caps to create a colourful Paisley scene incorporating our rivers and a beautiful sunrise. Artscape would like to thank Alicia along with the students and staff of Paisley Central School, Paisley Pharmacy and various community members who contributed bottle caps to this project.

“Take Me To The River” will join the “Fish Out Of Water” community art project at Mary Cumming Park on Ross St, just north of the arena. It will add a splash of colour to the fence and will be visible to walkers on the dyke trail near the park. Installation will occur when public health restrictions allow.
